BC Women’s Health Foundation

The Challenge: Understanding the need to improve women’s health went well beyond the bounds of a single hospital, BCWHF set on a mission to transform their mandate from a hospital foundation to a provincial health foundation.

Our Tools

As the former Senior Director of Strategy and as an ongoing consultant for BCWHF, Victoria drove the transformation of their mandate from a hospital foundation to a provincial health foundation. Victoria led trailblazing research to uncover the needs, mapped out a clear pathway towards their vision (outlined in their first ever Strategic Plan), launched a suite of award-winning though leadership campaigns, and secured corporate, non-profit, and governmental partnerships to expedite the impact needed to tackle gender inequities in health.

The Impact

“Victoria’s influence on the transformation of the BC Women’s Health Foundation from a hospital foundation to a provincial-wide non-profit is unquestionable. Her leadership, knowledge and passion, combined with tenacity and empathy was a winning combination to drive change and bring all stakeholders on board.”

- Genesa Greening, President + CEO, BC Women’s Health Foundation
