Maturn

The Challenge: As a new social enterprise targeting an overlooked problem impacting career-driven women, Maturn’s comprehensive maternity-leave program is ground-breaking. But with that comes the challenge of educating audiences, changing the status quo and bringing on early adopters.

Our Tools

Working with Maturn’s co-founders, Victoria grounded the business case of their revolutionary program in extensive and multifaceted benefits for women, organizations, and society. Directing a focus on the positive ripple effect for all stakeholders ensured that the purpose behind Maturn was central to all organizations using their services too. SAP was the founding partner of Maturn in October 2021 and the organization continues to flourish.

The Impact

“Victoria is one of the most accomplished, strategic and innovative leaders I have had the opportunity to work with. During our very early days with start-up, Maturn, Victoria was brought on as a consultant, thought partner and advisor. Her ability to discern through large amounts of data and research, and succinctly pull together a compelling, thoughtful and inspirational business case helped us secure much-needed funding, grant opportunities and media attention.”

- Jen Murtagh, Co-Founder, Maturn
